Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour with the door closed.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
